         Rigs used in the 14th ORIGINAL-QRP-CONTEST (5/6. Juli 2003)

Dear OM,

   following the already posted "soap box" now a 2nd partial result in
the shape of a statistic of QRP rigs employed by participants.

   The Elecraft K1 made the most noticeable jump ahead. 
Weighing in equally and equally congenial is the side-by-side of Rockmite 
and ELBC-principle (DJ3KK), respectively representing "not really serious"
entry and individual ingenuity.

   Again the impression that on one hand there are rigs which are
talked about a lot without making their presence felt, and on the
other we have radios which get used without much ado:
